The Tilian Partnership contains ten schools, with their own Headteachers or Heads of School, under one Principal. The schools are part of the Tilian Partnership Multi Academy Trust

Each school has a School Governance Committee (SGC) who have delegated powers from the Tilian Trust Board to support and challenge their school. The constitution of the SGC is similar to a governing body.

On behalf of the governors I would also like to welcome you to what we feel is a very good school and which we are proud to be part of.

Governors are volunteers who work as a team of nine individuals representing the parents, the community, the local church and staff. Our prime task is in holding staff to account so that all children receive the best education possible. Each governor is allocated a role using their professional background or expertise so that all elements of school life are monitored. We meet twice, termly, to look at and question progress as well as additional school visits to speak with staff and children or conduct property reviews.

As part of our support for the school each governor is linked to a class to help foster a relationship with those children and their teacher. In addition governors endeavour to attend  school concerts and other events depending on their own work commitments.
