Annual Bird Day

January 2025 – As always, we kicked off the year with our annual Bird Day. It was lovey to see the knowledge about our feathered friends that the children (and teachers!) have retained from the last few years. We had a wonderful whole school birdwatching walk and had fun distinguishing between blackbirds and black birds. Some classes were lucky enough to see a buzzard close up as it took off from a fence post. The children enjoyed making their bird feeders to take home and hopefully it inspired some families to sign up for the Big Garden Birdwatch.
