Arbor is a free parent app that you can use to:

• View your child’s profile including your contact details.
• View your child’s attendance.
• View messages and notices from school
• Sign up to and give consent for school clubs and trips.
• Book a parent’s evening appointment.
• Let us know about any consent or address/contact detail changes.
• Add/change any medical information about your child.
• Pay for school dinners, clubs, trips etc. 

What is the Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal is a desktop version of Arbor which can be accessed on your laptop or computer.

What is the Parent App?

The Parent App is the mobile version of Arbor for use on your smartphone or tablet. The Arbor app is available for both Apple iOS and Android devices and can be found using the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your App Store
Step 2: Search for Arbor
Step 3: Download the free app

Logging in for the first time

Once you have received the ‘Welcome’ email sent to you by us, follow the simple set-up instructions to get started using your Arbor account.  Crucial note for first-time users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal Website First, you cannot do this through the app.

What if I have more than one child at school?

If you are the Primary Guardian for more than one child in the school, you can access and view each child through the same portal. Visit the ‘home page’ of the Arbor App and at the top left of the screen you will see a drop-down menu with your children’s names – simply select which child you would like to view
